RETURNS POLICY

Any return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Ginja reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange for any requests received after this time. All return postage charges are to be paid by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.

To create a return, please email us at jo@ginjaonline.co.uk with the following information:
 

✦ Your name

✦ Original order number

✦ Name of product

✦ Reason for return

✦ Refund required (yes or no)

✦ Exchange required (yes or no, details of item exchanging for)

 

Once received, we will provide the required documentation to include with your item(s) upon return.
